Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
Part-Time Remote Position
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who is passionate about building businesses through ROI driven digital strategies and paid media to join our growing team part-time, remotely.
The primary focus of this role will be two-fold;
1) Manage current clients and assist in growing the digital marketing department at our agency and,
2) Oversee and manage our internal marketing efforts, as well as, help build our own digital presence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills pertaining to Google Ads and Facebook Ads with the drive to become a holistic digital marketing specialist that is able to work in multiple ad platforms and mediums based on individual client needs. The ideal candidate can manage digital marketing campaigns from discovery to implementation, management, tracking key insights, and reporting on success.
The Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with our highly skilled design, development and programming team
• Execute our internal digital marketing initiatives
• Increase lead flow and quality prospect interactions
• Effectively strategize and manage a small book of digital marketing clients
• Conduct new client discovery sessions with team support in order to devise effective digital marketing campaigns
• Effectively manage client project management communications and reporting
• Strategize, give creative direction, build, and manage paid media campaigns
• Manage, update & troubleshoot in-market campaigns on an on-going basis
• Devise and collaborate on lead nurturing activities such as email automation, drip campaigns, retargeting, etc.
• Implement content updates to create effective, cohesive marketing language throughout the entire lead/purchase flow
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Adhere to project hours & scope requirements, timelines, and tracking of all time appropriately
• Are up-to-date on the latest and new Digital Marketing and SEO methods, technologies, best practices and trends
Experience / Qualifications / Ability
• Experience managing paid media campaigns such as Facebook, Google, & Bing ads
• Experience utilizing and customizing Google Analytics / Google Data Studio (*plus)
• Experience building lead gen programs including gated inbound assets and other technical strategies
• Experience using platforms such as SEMrush, Mangools, etc.
• Experience generating e-commerce revenue through digital advertising
• Experience building multi-channel retargeting campaigns
• Ability to align project KPI’s with reporting & custom tracking metrics
• Lead gen and e-commerce experience combined (*plus)
• Experience managing small teams (**plus)
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, handle uncertainty, and work well with clients and a multi-talented crew
• 3+ years of recent, in-campaign experience managing paid media (paid social, search, display, etc)
• Agency experience is a plus but not required

• Working from home and independently. You must be self-managed and self-motivated
• Able to communication through Slack and Google Meet
• MUST be located in the US
• Available Monday – Friday during business hours to attend to client needs
