Our Solution
We partnered with DoorDash to reimagine and significantly expand their design system and infrastructure. Our goal was to enhance the consumer food ordering experience and optimize restaurant operations on a global scale. Our efforts included enhancing DoorDash’s robust restaurant SaaS platform, implementing industry-leading upgrades to the merchant portal. This comprehensive approach addressed a range of challenges, from financial management and advanced reporting to dynamic campaign execution, deep customer insights, efficient order processing, robust feedback mechanisms, enhanced review systems, and expanding multilingual capabilities.
Additionally, we introduced a new platform feature designed to empower merchants by empowering merchants to secure vital capital, thereby accelerating their business growth and market reach.
